Overpriced, dirty, overrated, shite food. So tired of seeing bullshite "bbq" trucks serving cold and dry pulled chicken on a Walmart bun.

And people just keep eating it up because it's "novelty"

It sounds like you're more angry with yourself for continuing to purchase it, than you are at "seeing" the trucks.

There are restaurants all over the country like this - some have wheels, some don't.

I used to be man, but they don't get my money anymore. No "fast" food is worth what they're charging.

Just think it's funny when I see someone wait in line for their whole lunch break to buy something they could've found in a cafeteria

Um.... eat somewhere else. That is a novel idea as well.

food trucks were novel in Baton rouge 5 years ago. I suspect in Nashville, they are even less novel

Go eat at the taco truck on the corner of Old Hammond at Millerville. I had a bunch of flood reno's out that way and destroyed it daily.

Never got the squirts either

Bad restaurants can't leave the state and lie to a new crowd, so they die. This is what SHOULD happen.

Food trucks are some romanticized thing, but more than half of them aren't worth shite.
