I understand how the operation of morganza will affect the level in BR, but I thought the idea was to keep the level at the same in BR. Just noticed in the last 24hrs that the level has gone down a couple of inches. Didn't know if this is reflected on the official gauges.

?????????

And the river has risen 0.08 feet in the past 24 hours at br.

So you are talking double nonsense.

I was speaking if land that had water on it that is now dry, had no idea of what the gauges were on the river. Pretty unscientific on my part, just noticed we could walk around pieces of equipment that we couldn't walk around on Monday night.
