here is the pic of it. i sent this file to a sign shop nearby and they were able to print out a sticker for me on clear backing. came out really good. charged me like $10
i'm sure you could do the same for pretty cheap

Cut a piece of white pvc and cap it to truck tailgate top and affix sticker to it. New WIN! display on truck tailgate looks like goal post. I am frikkin' brilliant!

Tell them you want a die cut vinyl decal. Comes in 3 layers. Backing layer, decal, and transfer tape. Easy to apply.
