Stolen Boat in BR - PLEASE HELP

Could someone please help a very good guy out?
He was helping evacuate people with his boat and it got stolen from his driveway.
It's on the OT. There is the actual plate numbers in OP. There is also a pic of a LA boat trailer tag. (Page 2 i think)
Could anyone put the right numbers on that plate so the baws can track this thief down.
