Quick photo edit please

I’m not near my PC/Adobe so I can’t make this simple adjustment. Can someone please fark this hazmat suit to the red below while maintaining the “texture” instead of just “flat color change”? I’m thinking a simple “mask” and “overlay” (with the transparency lowered, obviously)

It starts to wash out detail if I keep going. Just using Photoshop. Could fire up LightRoom, I guess, but about to get back to work on real life, LOL.
