Need a little help....

Can someone please capture a full head shot of this K-State fan. I'm gonna put his head with his K-State mask on that Spartan from the Movie "The 300". I can do that part, I just don't know how to get the pic I want from the video. Thanks ahead of time. https://www.youtube.com/v/EJEJA0Lt4no

Pause the vid at the spot you want the image then take a screen clipping or screen capture, save file, and there ya go.

On the road and don't have the tools of the trade. But..we use SnagIt at work, and I have it at home. WELL worth the cost for capturing screen prints or even videos. There is a free version that works pretty well.
As noted above, just pause/capture/save. Pretty easy.
