It's probably my favorite thing to do.

Looks good. The most difficult part of skin color changing is getting the highlights and shadows correct. You almost have to go in manually and burn and dogdge certain parts.
ETA: I wanted to give this pic a shot, if for no other reason than I got to stare at Jessica Biel for a bit

Hmm..Never tried this. Changing a color to say green is pretty easy.
