Help with this picture

Need help making this picture look the best that it can and hopefully resize it so I can print it out and frame it....I'm a novice at these things but there is a hell of a lot of talent on this board and I know yall will do a damn fine job...gonna print it out at 11x14 or so...feel free to crop it down or whatever yall think needs to be done...TIA

To print a high quality photo at 11x14, you are going to need a MUCH higher resolution image.
5100x3300 is needed for 300 dpi resolution.
If you took this photo, your digital camera will have a large enough size. You want to post a LINK to the full-sized image. Or get someone's email to send it out. Photobucket resizes images if you don't have a pro account.
