Thanks, Plan to use this on other forums. I'm really digging this gif thing. Never did it before last week. Needless to say, my CS6 is HIGHLY underutilized.

I just found out my program can do it too. I'm really excited to start trying it out.

Well... I thought I knew how. I had to make it again using gifsoup, but it lost a ton of quality. Any quick link to help he create and host high quality gif's? I have the high quality version that I made in Movie Maker as a WMV file.

you said you have CS6 right?
each layer is a frame of the gif, then you just do save for web -> gif -> choose loop and adjust frame rate or whatever. You can even preview it on a web page.
As far as hosting, photobucket is great, but you will run out of bandwidth if you make a lot of gifs.

Yes. I figured out the layer/frame issue using animation in CS6 AFTER I saved each frame as an individual jpeg and imported them into windows movie maker. That was prety easy to do. BUT... getting it to a gif afterwards is what I couldn't figure out.
the "save for web" will help out tremendously in the future.
For now, it's kinda lost, because I deleted the project when I finished the WMV file.
I have a photobucket pro account, because of ebay and craigslist stuff; so I'll be ok with bandwidth.
Thanks alot,
Still new to this.

Someone already added "in" to this one. Check from yesterday.

Awesome... I fixed it. I used CS6 this time and photobucket. I ended up taking screenshots of each of the 20 frames and pasting them as layers. Then turned the layers into frames to convert to "web" or gif.
Thanks for the help.
