An official logo for the Tech Board is needed

Various concepts have been proposed thus far, but none really seem to be worthy...
1)

I like #3 personally, although I think it would be a bit better if the flash drive from image #2 was added as the last "I", and if the android was the "O" in "COM".
I also like the circuit board idea, although it seems a bit too "busy" and illegible.
If anyone has any novel ideas, or could greatly enhance a few of these logos, it would be much appreciated.

Number 5 is the right idea, just poorly executed.
Probably not the best idea to use the Apple or Android logo either.
