Would you trade Gore for Lacy?

Someone offered me Lacy for Gore.

Hell no. Keep Gore. He's at least consistent, and you know you will at least get 10 pts. out of him.

I traded Lacy for Martin. I'd do it, if I were you.

Tough call.
Gore = Lower Ceiling, Higher Floor
Lacy = Higher Ceiling, Lower Floor
I could make an argument either way. It really depends on the rest of your team. Do you need an RB2 to count on every week? I'd probably stick with Gore. Do you have 2 RBs ahead of Gore/Lacy and you are looking for a potential good flex? I'd go with Lacy.
