Would you rather roster Starks or Matt Jones?

12 team standard scoring. Need to drop one for a kicker within the next week.
I have neither Morris or Lacy.
I'm torn because Starks becomes instantly a top 10 back if Lacy goes down, but will ride my bench unless that happens. Jones has been the MVP of camp so far with Washington. Has potential to put up put right away even with Morris healthy. I just don't trust Washington's offense as a whole.
Help me out fantasy gurus....thanks.
