Depends on what your options are buy I generally prefer a RB in the flex since they tend to get more touches.

I'm debating on Murray or Davante Adams/Hogan.

Haven't kept up with Murray's injury since Sunday but if it looks iffy, starting Adams tomorrow night wouldn't be the worst thing
