At 10 in my 10 man draft, this is my plan. Loading up on good WR's and waiting on Le'Veon to retun.

I got bell in the 2nd and deangelo in the 7th. I felt good knowing I had the starter for now and potential handcuff..

I intended on getting Deangelo too but kept getting much better value in each round taking someone else. It would be nice to have him, but I instead ended up with more RBs I can play in Bell's place and may be useful all year.
I say snag Bell and don't reach too hard for Williams. If someone wants to pay up for a 3 week starter then let them have at it. My hope is Wiliams eventually gets dropped and I'll pick up my handcuff later.

Not at all, as a bell owner I'm not targeting him, let someone else pay that price for him, I'll go get another back with a soft opening schedule
