Wilson owner here. What is good value for Brady?

Ive had enough of Wilson and their offensive line.
Other owner is in desperate need of RB, and has Brees and Brady. He wants Charles but we are having a hard time making the deal work in terms of balance
Charles and Ware for Brady isn't a fair trade Imo, but I could be over valuing him

Why not just give him Charles
You each ate 3 weeks of each player. Charles w a lot more risk. His load share and effectiveness come into question. And we don't even know when he plays
He doesn't get ware though. If he doesn't want to do Charles someone else w 2 QB will

My issue is that we only have 4 bench spots.
After this week: Ware, Deangello Williams, Brady, and Desean Jackson are going to be on my bench.
None of those players are droppable, so I'm trying to get at least some value out of Ware. I believe the best value I can get for him is if I trade him along with Charles.
