This years' Jordan Matthews for Folse? The reason I ask is because I havent been able to catch a Rams game so I dont know if they are using him like Philly used JMatt. any insight could be useful.

No idea.
Brian Quick was a beast for St Louis last year until W4. He was injured a few weeks later after 3 subpar games and is either still hobbled or in the doghouse right now.
If he ever gets going, he should be the #1 guy.
