I don't get it either because these are the same rankings that have DT88 in the top 3 and Emanuel Saunders as a top 15 WRs. So just based on those rankings you would think Manning would still be a top fantasy QB

He's also missing a Julius Thomas, though.

He is, but if you've had him on your team the last 2 years, and made the playoffs, you'd know why you don't want to draft him anymore.

He can get you into the playoffs and a high seed, but his late season performance has cost me two championships the last two years when i've lead the league in points by a wide margin but sucked in the playoffs.

Seriously looking at doing this. What are you experts predicting with Tanne?

Can he get 17-19pts consistently?

If you have a true starting QB like Peyton, you do'nt waste a draft pick or roster spot on a backup qb.

Julius Thomas, though.

who manning made... how many tight ends has manning made good. At the end compare whoever the broncos te is to julious thomas, id be willing to bet denvers te will have better numbers.

So because he played with Peyton Manning, it's a forgone conclusion that he's mediocre and not a very good tight end? That's a lazy argument, IMO.

Peyton's had two consistently good tight ends. Thomas and Dallas Clark. Both were/are good players.

Compared to Thomas over the past few years in Denver or compared to what Thomas does in Jacksonville? If it's the latter, that's not too big of a reach. If you think they'll out-perform what he did in Denver, there's not a shot.

In his 9th, 10th, and 11th seasons in the league with quarterbacks such as Curtis Painter and Josh Freeeman? Yeah, I guess so.

He was a good tight end. He's not the base of my argument, though. To dismiss that Julius Thomas isn't a very good tight end just because he played with Peyton Manning is pretty silly to me. Demaryius Thomas averaged 39 yards a game in his first two seasons without Peyton Manning, so does that mean that he's not a star receiver and it was only Manning who makes him look so good?
