Has Rodgers been part of why Cobb has sucked lately or do all Pakcers receivers just suck?

Yuck, I've dumped Matthews for... Lockett. At least he can actually catch the ball, is a home run threat, punt/kick returner, and has an easy ROS. I'd rather chance it with him.
