Merril Hoge says Cutler looks great in warmups... but, I would tread lightly his first game back and go with the same 15-20 points Locker should bring in vs JAX

Suh and company will be after Cutler all day.

James Jones, Brian Hartline, Kenny Stills. Flex. Standard league. Who to start? Leaning Hartline but want to believe Stills has a big game.

Would you start Roddy White over Terrance Williams or Trent Richardson with the news that he is probable for the game?

Id toss Jones out of the discussion. Regardless of his talent, I can't start with while Wallace is under center.

Stills' points are predicated on catching a long TD. At the same time, Hartline doesn't offer much upside. It's like you get 6 points and that's it.

Drew in primetime vs a Dallas secondary that is shaky? Id roll Stills and shoot for the stars

not counting this week, because I know mcfadden is injured, but going forward, who would you prefer to have on your team?

Mcfadden, Mike James, or Andre Brown?

I understand Brown is getting eased in, but will they mix it up with their running backs?

James has shown some ability, but going forward, is he going to keep it up?

Mcfadden has a lot of ability, but is always getting hurt and even dropping out early of games.

So which one?

Yes, Id start Roddy.

Williams is like Stills, great young players but will be inconsistent due to the great cast around them. Hit or miss.

Trent is terrible. The sooner owners stop hoping for that one big game and just bench him the better.

They say Roddy wouldn't play until he was healthy. Well, this should be it.

I would play Rice over James. No reasoning other than a hunch.

Oakland just gave up 7 TDs to Nick Foles. You have to believe Cruz has a huge game.

Hillis is good competition and NYG's never seem to have a ton of workload, it's always a split time.

McFadden will never win anyone a championship. Dude is still resting on his laurels from one good season.

Who knows with Brown. He isn't that good to begin with, is coming off a broken leg, and running behind the worst running OL in football.

James is guaranteed touches on the ground and even through the air. Id go with him.

All things considered, would you drop Trent to the bench in favor of SJax against a SEA run D that has been exposed by Zac Stacy and Mike James... two power runners with similar ability to old SJax?

I agree with james over mcfadden, just wanted confirmation.

Now, for this week, I have these three backs, James, Ellington, and Woodhead.

I know none of these guys are big names, but they have been performing. I didn't draft running back till late. I know, no names.

However, I am starting woodhead and ellington unless people here disagree.

Reasons are SD scores, it will be a shootout, they will be passing a ton, and woodhead will be in game most and get both runs and receptions. Likely to score is high.

Ellington has been spectacular when playing. They say they want to get him about 20 touches, running and receptions.

James had a breakout game last week. He will get a lot of touches. He isn't as talented as Ellington likely. But are they more likely to score...

BTW, 10 yards rushing gets you a point, 10 yards receiving gets you apoint, a td gets you six.

So I'm having a tough time with this one:

Stafford @ Bears
Or
Rivers vs Broncos?

6pt TD
PPR

Damn, that's tough. Trent just hasn't done anything at all. Im inclined to roll the dice with Jackson.

I think I would go with both Fjax and spiller.

That is putting all your eggs in a basket.

If you want to mix it up, go spiller and mjd.

Spiller and fjax have both gotten good points even when both are playing. However spiller is healthy and I would lean with him first.
