Who to start: Harry Douglas/D Moore and Foster/Mathews

Need 1 WR and 1 flex
Douglas @ Car (#28 against opposing WRs - 15.6 PPG)
Moore vs Philly (#2 against opposing WRs - 32 PPG)
Foster vs Indy (#24 against opposing RBs 13.9 PPG)
Mathews vs Wash (#1 against opposing RBs 24 PPG)
Would I be crazy to bench a top back like Foster or Douglas with the way he's played since Julio went down?
