The league allows 4 keepers. Right now I am thinking Cam, OBJ, and AP are obvious keepers, but the 4th one can be a little tricky. Right now I am planning on keeping Freeman, but I keep reading he might get some usage taken away with Coleman returning from injury. Its a .65 per reception plus .1 per yard, so typically WRs can rack up points. I also have Jarvis Landry, Larry Fitz, then the hybrid Dion Lewis. So who would your 4th keeper be, Landry, Lewis, Fitz, or Freeman? Just curious what this board thinks.

My 4th keeper would be Julio or Antonio Brown

10 team league. I got in 2 years ago and inherited AP, Peyton, Matt Ryan, and Demarco Murray. Eventually traded off Ryan, then decline to keep Peyton and Murray last year. Got OBJ off the waiver wire when he came back from injury 2 seasons ago. Last year I killed the draft though. Got Jarvis in the 7th, Larry Fitz in the 10th, Cam in the 11th, Freeman in the 13th, Eifert in the 17th, and Lewis in the 18th. Had the best record in the league last year, but finished 2nd in the playoffs after OBJ was suspended due to the Josh Norman BS, and the guy who won nabbed David Johnson and Tim Hightower off waivers, both going nuts in the title game. Bunch of Aggie buddies I grew up with make up most the league.

That is a keeper league not a dynasty league.

It was set up as a Dynasty League, with 13 keepers per team, but the bottom dwellers bitched, and got the total reduced to 4 keepers. Im still trying to push for more keepers, in the 6-10 range, to keep it a dynasty league.

With 40 players being kept each year, I guess if there is minimal difference between the players, I would lean toward keeping the guy you project to keep years into the future.

RB careers are shorter than WRs. I'd keep Jarvis. He will be a high WR2 for the next 8-10 years.

Phi,

I appreciate the input. Thats kinda my choice here. I like Freeman this year, but like Lewis or Landry for 2-3 years. Our league commish and I are trying to get the total back up to 6-8 keepers so it is closer to a dynasty league. If thats the case, my keepers become easy. My LSU trio of OBJ, Landry, and J Hill has done well for me last 2 seasons. I hope to keep it.
