Who should I take with my first pick?

So I'm in the kind of predicament that any fantasy manager would love to be in. I'm in a keeper league and I get Arian Foster in the 2nd round and Julio Jones in the 5th. I also have the 2nd pick of the draft. So my question for the gurus is this: Do I take another RB with my first pick and have two of the top three running backs or do I take an elite WR or QB?

I should say that QB's in this league are a little stunted in terms of scoring ability compared to my other leagues. An average to decent performance will net between 15-20 pts

League Setup:
12 teams
Snaking draft
PPR

The only other ones being kept are Sproles and Demarco Murray

Ray Rice.

If he is #1, then Lesean McCoy.

Rice
Foster
Julio

Rice Julio and foster were my keepers this year. If you can get rice or McCoy you do it hands down IMO.

Yeah, I'm sure Rice is going first so that leaves McCoy to me. I have been playing with the idea of taking megatron first and then going with a mid-level RB2 with the 26th pick; a la Jamaal Charles, Fred Jackson, or Reggie Bush.

Am I retarded?

I would think McCoy is the best solution. You arguably would have the 2 best RBs.

You'll be able to find a better WR2 in the next few rounds than you would RB2
