Who should I pick with my #1 waiver spot?

That is what I have been thinking too. Need to up my game in WR, but think Matt Jones might get more points overall.

You could really use another WR. But if Jones goes off, you may be able to trade a rb for a better WR than Steve

You're not desperate at receiver, so take jones and if he gets high returns, trade him for a receiver that's better than Steve Johnson
