I give:
Cousins
Jordan Reed
Jonathon Stewart

I get:
Brees
Delaine Walker
Bilal Powell

Standard scoring, non PPR
Thoughts?

I think you by a little because I like Bilal over Stewart.

So you think Brees/Cousins and Reed/D.Walker are even swaps?

I day do it. Reed isn't consistent and misses games for the smallest injuries. Walker has gotten high praises from his qb so he should have a solid year. Jets have the easiest schedule weeks 14, 15 and 16 so Powell has potential there. Brees is almost guaranteed while Cousins has some questions even though he had a great year last year

Trades are supposed to be beneficial for both. No one is supposed to make out better

In a perfect, non competetive world yea, but personally I am trying to win my league, which is why I strive to get the better end of the deal in every trade

Winning my league involves making my team better than the opposing teams, so why should I prefer that the other side gets benefits, too?

in a competitive league, no one is gonna want to trade unless it helps them out as well.

A trade is supposed to help out both teams, its why trades exist in the first place.

A trade is not supposed to help out only one team.

My bad shouldnt have said this part, i believe in the owners minds, they should believe that the trade benefits both to a degree

However, I always try to get the better side with more benefit to my team, even if its still fairly even.. i dont see how people could not want to get the better end of a 2 way beneficial trade

I know what you're saying I'm just speaking for an unbiased point of view. When asks "who makes out better it" just irks me . It's always satisfying to say yea, that benefits both teams good luck in the future

Yeah me too. Every thread title is "who wins this trade." well if done right, the answer should be both teams get better. Now obviously the benefit can't be exactly equal, but both should come out ahead by either solidifying the starting team or getting some depth etc

I have no problem with "who makes out better". He is asking your opinion on which players you would rather have. It's very early in the season and we are all simply making educated guesses on which players we think will have better seasons
