Which D/ST should I scoop up?

With Baltimore on bye, gotta scoop up a defense this week, and all I see is a bunch of crap. Don't like any of these options. Here's what is available:
Colts vs Jaguars
Cowboys @ Eagles
Giants @ 49ers
Falcons @ Browns
Dolphins @ Packers
Packers vs Dolphins
Saints @ Bengals
Nothing good at all, but Colts and Cowboys might be what I'm looking at. Thoughts?

Colts. Go look up their performance this year. Not fantastic in any way, but only one negative performance is a good sign, and their matchups for the rest of the season are great minus Houston. Two games against hopeless Jax, Tenn, and games against the struggling offenses of Miami, NYG, and Dallas. Sign me up

Thanks Upperdecker I may just roll with them. Also the Bill's D isn't available someone picked them up already.
