When do bench players

Obviously I am over thinking this way too much, and going to play my players, but when you've already got a game won going into MNF would you sit your remaining starters?

Got Ryan and Jordan Matthews going tonight, as well as the Eagles D. I would understand sitting a defense when a game is won, but when would you consider sitting an actual player? Obviously this is thinking of the possibility of fumbles, etc.
