Had a friend just trade CJ and Emmanuel for Eli and Hopkins. On the surface he is not winning the trade imo but its a OP instead of flex league and his QB2 was like Foles or something so in that situation I think it makes sense. I told him to try for a better qb but he is screwed if he sits tight
IMO though I am not and never was a fan of CJ. Hillman is to good for him to be a bellcow. I am not a huge fan of Adams either though. I would try to flip Adams for Lamar Miller or another RB in that tier that underperformed

But seriously I'm not entirely sure. I'd say some people are still holding out hope and still value him about the same as draft grade. I think he's about a mid level rb2.
Eta: if I had him I probably wouldn't give him up for adams. Adams didn't have a great week 1 showing for a standard league. It probably wouldn't cost much more though.
