What do you think about having QB and receiver on same team?

Like Rodgers/Cobb. Seems great for nights like last night but also you would be doubly screwed if passing game was off for whatever reason.

If they're both good it shouldn't matter

It is not a bad idea. I know people in 2013 raped their leagues by owning Peyton and his receiving options. As long as your team is balanced throughout they can carry you on those few off weeks.

It depends on the QB and WR. I certainly wouldn't go out of my way to pair a player like Ryan Fitzpatrick with Brandon Marshall.

There is no downside to this.

Had Rodgers and Cobb last year and went into playoffs.

In the fantasy playoffs, if they are in a snowstorm,it might be pretty relevant.

If your QB or top WR is in a snowstorm in the fantasy playoffs you're probably in trouble anyway...

Only relevant if the QB gets injured. Romo, Big Ben, etc getting hurt kills two players on your team.

Oh and it sure did happen that way for me. I was 9-4, then came the playoffs. Had Stafford/Megatron who were a nice combo for me that year. They played in Philly during that snow storm and both were horrendous. I also had Reggie Bush that year who was a nice flex play and he got injured in that same game. Who did my opponent have? Joique Bell. What a bull shite loss.
