What college RB would you pick to have the best NFL success

I can pick up one college RB to hold on my roster for next year. I'm between Spiller and Best right now.
Who would you take between these two or any others?

It will be Spiller out of those 2. The fact that Davis impressed before the injury gives me confidence in Spiller. Guys that have decent numbers with bad lines in college can explode in the NFL.

I don't think either translates well to the NFL.
