He lead the saints RBs in snaps.

A lot of that is gameflow, but he has a defined role in that offense

RB Alvin Kamara surprisingly led all Saints RBs with a 43% snap share in Week 1 against the Vikings. Mark Ingram played 41% and former-Viking Adrian Peterson played only 12%. Kamara and Ingram both had 11 opportunities in the game while Peterson had only 7.

It was actually 43%, Kamara is gonna have value all season in PPR. I thought it would take a little while.

Their defense being a sieve again certainly helps his value. Plus with the injuries on the line, brees needs that safety valve.

He's my favorite stash. If Ingram goes down then Kamara becoming a legit starter

RB Shane Vereen led all Giants RBs in Week 1 snaps with a 55% share. The Giants were losing to Dallas the entire game which was obviously a factor here. Vereen didn’t carry but was targeted 10 times in the passing game.

Can this keep up?

I guess my concern is that if Hunt gets injured, will Kamara outscore a Chiefs featured back?

The dude caught like four balls on a meaningless two-minute drive to close out a 20-point blowout loss

Woodhead on IR can come back week 11. Worth keeping for the playoffs?

I think he's still their best back if he could stay healthy. And I don't see their line getting much better so they might be dropping back to pass a bunch all season.

Problem with Vereen is as soon as he starts to get fantasy relevance, he breaks some dumb bone and is out 8 weeks

I guess I'm basically asking if he will be viable in PPR going forward considering their 2 actual RB's are terrible.

Could be a sneaky play some weeks for sure.

I would be willing to bet that Woodhead would be better than any runningback on the waiver wire come week 11.

I traded kamara for corey davis...but my starting backs are freeman, hunt, and cook, with vereen and duke for depth

I like the upside of davis

I drafted Davis and then dropped him for someone else before week 1 in the MTV board. He's gonna be Odell the second now.

Yeah this is a going forward type move. That league has a very short bench and my RBs are Hunt, CJA, Doug Martin, and Rob Kelley. I could drop Martin but think he is the better play season long. I worry about CJA and Hunt for an entire season so I pulled the trigger on a trade for Martin (Blount/Tate for Martin/Keenan) as insurance and now Mixon.

Just got outbid for him in my league but the guy dropped Woodhead. Drop James white for him? Here's my bench

Mixon, White, Cohen with Gordon and Ajayi as starters

Yeah Woodheads a better bench stash given your strong starters I think.

Buck Allen is better than woodhead, he may not give that job back. shite, he's better than west too imo. Rather him than the Cohen hype at that price, tbh
