Week 1 advice - to start Moore/Robinson or not

So I was reading today that Skye Moore(WR KC) and Brian Robinson(RB Wash) are must starts.. it’s got me doubting my lineup. Who would you start? 1 point PPR league.
WR1: Jefferson(Min) vs TB - Lock
WR2:
RB1:
RB2:
Flex:
WR Olave(NO) vs Tenn
WR Cooper(Cle)vs Cin
WR Moore(KC) vs Det
RB Mixon(Cin) @ Cle
RB Jones(GB) @ Chi
RB Robinson(Wash) vs Ari
I’m leaning Olave, Mixon, Jones, Cooper. There’s a belief that Moore could have a big day, especially if Kelce can’t go.

In week 1, I’d start the healthy players you drafted first then see how everything shakes out.
