Waiver Wire for Playoffs

Currently have Howell vs Jets and Goff vs Vikings with Goff starting.
Waiver wire has Flacco vs Houston, Mayfield vs Jax, and Mullen’s vs Det. Looking for a safe floor over a high ceiling.
*Bonus Question*
Have J. Jacobs vs KC (if he starts) and Montgomery vs Vikings starting. Elliot vs Denver is on my bench. IF Steven’s is out again would you start Zeke over one of those two? Ty Chandler vs Det is also on waivers and if Mattison can’t go he’d be an option. But if I pickup a QB in the scenario above it makes getting both uncertain.
