Two Questions - 1 Waiver and 1 Trade

10 team standard league. I have #1 waiver this week. My team:
Bell, Le'Veon PIT RB
Booker, Devontae DEN RB
Howard, Jordan CHI RB
Ingram, Mark NOS RB
Johnson, David ARI RB
Decker, Eric NYJ WR
Fitzgerald, Larry ARI WR
Jones, Marvin DET WR
Nelson, Jordy GBP WR
Gronkowski, Rob NEP TE (no dedicated TE position so he's a WR)
#1, should I go after T Pryor with my #1 waiver pick or let it roll another week?
#2, should I make this trade: Ingram and Decker for Allen Robinson and D Henry? I want Henry in order to trade for DWill since the the Dwill owner has Murray.

#1: Maybe. I probably wouldn't unless you needed Pryor, which you don't.
#2: so you want to trade Ingram for a handcuff in d will (after all trades)? No. I'd stay put. Decker+Ingram>>>ARob+Henry/DWill

I was thinking that the trade would give me a better starting WR (ARob is ranked #7 for rest of the year) and try to get insurance in DWill.
But I'm not 100% sold on the Jacksonville O this year or trading away a top 10 RB (even though he's a backup)
Thanks for the input. I'm leaning towards staying put right now.
