Thoughts on my proposal? He's pretty weak at WR.

meh.
You'd be moving his weakness from WR to RB.
For you, you don't really need Miller with Bell, Gurley, and Woodhead and you'd be making yourself a little thin at WR.
It's an OK trade, but I don't think it makes a ton of sense for either team.
