Trade proposal in a league where I am 1-4

10 team standard. My team has great running backs but shite receivers (and had Brady as the starter for 4 weeks)
QB: Flacco
RB: Charles, Murray, L. Bell, Forsett, FJAX, Knile Davis, Pierre Thomas
WR: Decker, Cruz, Patterson, Boldin (just dropped Colston)
TE: Donnell
Guy in my league proposes: Nick Foles, Marshall, and Talliaferro for Jamal Charles and Knile Davis. So basically this is Foles & marshall for Charles (with the other two as handcuffs). Thoughts? Obviously I am in desperation mode with my record.

It's not bad. I'd try to get Dez or Julio for Jamaal and Davis.
