I would first see if he'd bite on Cooper/Walker. I really like Mixon, especially in PPR but TE has been a wasteland this year and Brate is very promising. I'd also wait to see what happens with Elliott, bc if he's suspended, Morris becomes a starter.

I'd do it. If you want to offer Walker instead that's fine, but it's still a good move even with Brate.
Cooper has been bad this year and Mixon looks to be a bonafide RB2.

I wouldn't wait. Even if this happens, it's questionable that Morris is the starter. And even if he is the starter, Mixon is still a good guy to own for your roster.
