So, I'm in a 16 team full point Ppr league with the option of playing a second QB weekly. Yesterday I was offered Josh Gordon and Deangelo Williams for Victor Cruz and Justin Foresette. Should I pull the trigger?

Yes!! Cruz will never be the same guy and I don't think Forsett has a firm hold on the starting gig. There is a lot of competition in that backfield.
Deangelo is a huge upgrade over Forsett in the first 4 weeks and Gordon could still have the magic once reunited with RG3.

Great trade for you. Cruz is still injured and may never become relevant again and I have read on several publications that West looks better than Forsette
