Trade Offer (D. Johnson, Rawls, Michael)

We've got a PPR keeper league where we can trade draft picks. Guy is offering me a 1st, 3rd, 4th C. Michael and Rawls for David Johnson.
Their keeper situations are almost a wash. Johnson and Rawls have 1 more year after this for 15th rd picks. Michael has 2 more seasons for a 13th.
Thoughts?

I'm sort of leaning that way as well. Johnson is prob the #1 asset in our league all things considered, and I've got a strong team around him.
I hate Seattle's RB situation also, fwiw. Those guys are killing each other's fantasy value.
