Hmm. So Allen Robinson isn't an upgrade over SSS and Tannehill isn't an upgrade over Carr ??

You have a good, solid set of RBs. Latavius Murray has been banged up with a couple fumbling issues. Having a player like Lamar Miller, who saw a resurgence in his first game with no Joe Philbin, will pay dividends down the line.
You aren't really upgrading from Carr to Tannehill. At best, you are on a similar wavelength.
I also don't think going from Smith Sr. to Robinson is enough of an upgrade to push this trade through. Smith Sr. missed Week 5, but still has similar production to Robinson despite playing one less game.
