Trade advice: Ball for Knile Davis

10 team no PPR league
I own Charles and the guy that has Davis offered me a trade with me giving up Montee Ball for him giving up Knile Davis. I don't think its a fair trade so I might counter with Ball and West for Davis and Jeremy Hill.
My RBs, sans Ball and West, would then consist of Charles, Ivory, Sankey, Pierce, and Damnit Brown, plus the addition of Davis and maybe Hill. I'd have insurance for Charles, plus Ball will be going through a very rough stretch the next three games.
What say ye?
