Trade--my Gurley for his Olsen/Sproles

1 PPR, current RBs are L. Bell, Gurley, Hyde, and Woodhead.
Receivers are Evans, Jeffrey, Landry, A. Robinson
TE are J. Reed, Ertz.
With Reed injured, do I pull the trigger to solidify a top 3 TE and just plug in Woodhead/Hyde/Sproles at RB2 and possibly one of the others in the flex depending on the status of my often injured WR and bye weeks coming up? Or should I decline and keep Gurley and pick up Gary Barnage off the waiver wire? Sell high on Gurley, or stand pat and hope he produces like a RB1 every week?

To me that isn't selling high on gurley. Olsen has had one good week.

Which TEs are available on waivers/FA?
I think Gurley will end up being a much better RB2 than Hyde or Woodhead. If you can find another decent TE option I think I'd rather keep Gurley.

No, man, and I wouldn't spend much time thinking about it either. Sproles might be a borderline passable flex play in ppr. Olsen is just a solid TE play. Gurley could be a star. Without Gurley your rb's kind of suck. I'd rather have good rb depth than just a startable TE. Woodhead has been solid. Hyde has been terrible except 1 game, and who knows if he turns it around.

Dont be an idiot. Don't do it.

If I were in your league, you'd get a lot more for Gurley I wouldn't do that trade at all though.

Don't do it. I got deondre Hopkins for Gurley, Vincent Jackson and duke Johnson.
Vincent Jackson and duke where never seeing the starting lineup.
In the end for me it was Gurley for deondre Hopkins. That is a sell high
I had:
Wr: Antonio brown, Allen Robinson, Vincent Jackson, decker
Rb: Ingram, d murray, Carlos Hyde, Karlos Williams, David Johnson, duke johnson

I'd keep Gurley. That trade sucks for you

I don't see how Sproles is even startable. How can you predict when he'll get touches? Just when he seemed somewhat reliable, he catches no passes last week
