Trade Advice: Reed for Gordon?

I have Foster and Martin at RB. Other RBs are Ware and Mathews. League is 0.5 ppr, 12 team
TE would be waiver wire pick up (probably Tamme).
Would you do this trade, or just hit the waiver wire to try and survive the injuries? I can try to snag Crowell off waiver wire

You'd be trading away consistently at the TE position for a possibly unreliable player.
Coleman is emerging on the Browns, but personally, I think Gordon is a beast and could be worth a trade like that.
