I have Palmer and Ryan. Which one would you just keep in until further notice? Ryan is the number two QB in my league fwiw

With those two, I'm not sure you can. Ryan is off to a hot start, but I'm not sure if he'll sustain. Palmer was projected to be a good QB this year, but he's off to a bad start.

Ryan has a hurt thumb and is playing Carolina this weekend. Palmer is coming off of a terrible game and playing LA. Still roll

I have Ryan and Wilson. Ryan has a tough schedule the next 3 weeks with CAR, DEN and SEA which makes me hesistant about starting him.

Ryan's thumb injury is on his non throwing hand, right?
I would probably still roll with Ryan. He's hot right now and Palmer looked pretty bad last week.
