12 team standard League:

I have G.Olsen on BYE. Picked up Charles Clay but now I am hearing that he is a game time decision.

Do I pick up Austin Sefarian-Jenkins against the worst TE defense in the NFL?

Or do I wait and see if Clay plays? If he doesn't, I can always pick up Owen Daniels.

I would pick Daniels even if Clay does play.

Why? Aren't the Saints the best in the league vs the TE?

Just would like to hear your reasoning...

Why not go ahead and pick up Mr. Amaro?

The saints two starting safeties are out for the year and I expect the game to be high scoring. I also like the fact that it's in a dome so you don't have to worry about weather affecting throws.

The answer is Jacob Tamme. He had 10 targets from Peyton Manning last week. If Julius goes, then you have him. If not, then you have a mediocre tight end who could see a ton of targets one of the league's premier offense that uses tight ends. It is better than starting a mediocre tight end with a mediocre QB and offense.

If Julius Thomas is out would you start Tamme in the flex over Charles Sims? PPR

I'm sold. Going with Daniels.

Especially since Clay is now a game-time decision.

Tamme has already been picked up in my league. Plus I heard that both Emmanuel Sanders and Julius Thomas are back at practice today.

I think I would roll with Sims there. His snap % went from like 30% to 60% from week 10 to 11. He was lead back last week. Probably a higher floor than Tamme.

Obviously, Tamme is useless if Julius is active.

I'll still take the targets. What other options are on the WW in an offense like Denver?

Plus defenses won't key on him like they do Julius so he's more likely to see favorable coverage
