Thoughts on picking up Lafell and Davante Adams now?

I've got a pretty good receiver group in both my leagues, but I think I could easily pick these guys up now and wait a couple of weeks before they are ready to play.
Do you think it would be wise to pick up?

Lafell is worth a shot with some upside in that offense. Adams' ankle injury could linger all season, no guarantee Adams takes back his spot with Montgomery performing well, and Rodgers spreads it all around.

I'm stashing Adams with the hopes that he turns into a major weapon when the playoffs roll around.
Classic low risk/high reward situation. Would you rather have Adams riding your bench or some healthy end-of-your-bench type of player who probably won't see the starting lineup anyway?

Lafell was the 22nd WR in PPR last year, 119 targets. He's worth an add considering the NE WR situation

Well it was just a question in general, but:
League 1 (5-0) No PPR, 6 pts TD, 1 pt 10 yards
QB Andy Dalton, Sam Bradford
RB Leveon Bell, Chris Ivory, Lesean McCoy, Tevin Coleman, Boobie Dixon
WR DeAndre Hopkins, Allen Robinson, TY Hilton, Jarvis Landry, Terrance Williams
TE Greg Olsen
Was gonna drop Boobie and Terrance Williams
League 2 (3-2) No PPR 6 pts TD, 1 Pt 10 yards
QB Andrew Luck, Cam Newton, Blake Bortles
RB Forsett, Dion Lewis, Devonta Freeman (had Jamall Charles), Chris Ivory, Danny Woodhead
WR Emmanuel Sanders, Mike Wallace, Amari Cooper
TE Antonio Gates
Was gonna drop Bortles and I have one spot open from dropping Charles. WR is definetely my weakness in this league.
Both leagues 10 teams
