Way I have always done it.
Am I still going to be able to pick up player X when player Y goes down in warm ups with this system?

I can make it where there is a FAAB once a week and then after that the players become free agents and can be picked up without restriction

I will not as ESPN doesn't allow you to use this format. I will have to trust everyone to input their keepers to the correct spot of the draft or I can do it manually once the draft starts.

Ask the league. I stated that was the case before we made the switch but people still chose ESPN.

Here is my apology in advance. I know I have been a real pain in the arse about the upcoming draft and once again it looks like baby boy has changed our plans. As of now I will be traveling to Arkansas (wife really wanted to use the same doctor) after work on Tuesday in preparation for my son to be born on the 2nd. I will pre-rank my players and try to be as involved as possible with the draft, just don't know how it will all work out. Here's to a good draft and sorry for being an inconvenience!

Naw. It's gonna suck either way. I can pause the draft and manually add the players when their pick comes up might that might get pretty annoying doing it 32 times.
I'm also worried about teams selecting players that are keepers already. I'm hoping everyone has taken the time to print off a ranking list and crossed out the players that are keepers.
In hindsight, we should have stuck with Yahoo or done a slow draft because both would have eliminated the issue, but oh well. We'll make it work.

Why don't we just do an offline draft using a shareable google sheet with keepers already placed in?
Or we could start a draft in this thread.
Or we could use a site like Clicky Draft where you could enter in the keepers ahead of time. I'm fine with take 20 bucks out of the league pot to pay for something like this if it means a smoother draft.
