I grabbed him off waivers this week based on his 20 carry game last week but other than that I really don't know much about the guy.

Was he expected to be a contributor prior to camp?

Did he light it up in camp?

He appears to have passed Rawls who was very effective when healthy (which was rare) and Lacy but was this somewhat expected?

He likes long walks on the beach and his favorite activity is sniffing glue

I hear he's a HUGE fan of Julia Roberts as far as I know.

In all seriousness IDK what's gonna happen with him. Seattle's OL is VERY VERY bad, and none of the RBs seem to have success, but Carson is still better than anyone else. His YPC is a good bit higher than Rawls, Prosise, Lacy, etc. I think he'll get s good amount of carries, but I can't guarantee that he'll do great things with them.

He was their most efficient runner in the preseason. The job is his for now. Christine Michael was getting the same workload early last year and then got cut, Carroll is fickle with backs. The offensive line is still trash

He's been the best running back in Seattle since camp. Runs hard, hits the hole hard and catches the ball well. Rawls will probably still get another shot to at least be in the committee, but with his injury history and ineffectiveness it won't be long before Carson is the guy all by himself.

He also bulldozed a big arse defensive lineman at the goal line in preseason too.

Great guy to have stashed, but not a guy I would want to start this week until we have a clearer outlook on their backfield.

He's on my bench and luckily I have 3 rbs that are better right now. But, I would have no problem starting him as a flex if i needed to. Tedy Bruschi was on Sports Center earlier breaking down a play where he made an 8 yard gain out of a play that should've been a 2 yard loss and said that's how he's averaging 5 yards a carry. I'm in.

I'm in the same boat... I have 2 spots open and 3 Rb's that could go there. Not sure who to go with...

1. Shady McCoy (vs DEN)
2. Lamar Miller (vs. NE)
3. Chris Carson (vs. TEN)

Anyone want to try and take a stab at that one???

I'm thinking of sitting Lamar for Carson this week.

I haven't studied up enough on Shady and Miller, so I don't wanna give bad advice. My uneducated guess would be Shady and Carson, mainly because of my hate of Miller.
