Teams out of contention picking up handcuffs?

A last place 2-8 team is picking up all the handcuffs to most of the running backs on all the top teams..is he trolling, really trying to win or helping out one of his buddies at the top of the standings by blocking everyone else?

not keeper league...I guess the other owners shouldve been diligent and had their handcuffs a long time ago. lol

I doubt he's trying to win if he's picking up handcuffs. If his goal is to block others from picking up certain players, it's a dick move and the league should reconsider having him back next season. If you feel he's deliberately trying to help someone win, which is a big accusation, you should bring it up to the commish.

If he's picking up handcuffs, who is he dropping? That's the main concern here.
Doesn't matter if he's 0-10, it's still the regular season. How unfair is it for teams that had to play him during weeks 1-10 to get his full effort but the teams that play him in the final 3 weeks play him without him being able to do what he wants?

As long as it's not the playoffs it should be legal to pick up whoever you want.
Now I have a problem with the non playoff teams using the waivers for players in the losers bracket. I just lock out those teams once the regular season is over. Non keeper league of course

I have done this before just to try to make sure I don't end up in last place. Nothing is more embarrassing than being the Sacko.

Who's the handcuff most importantly? If it's Damien Williams, I wouldn't be surprised he had a great game last week.
Most leagues have a penalty for last place. One of my leagues if you're last place, you have to pay double entry.

Nobody said that. But if he's dropping flex-level players or better for handcuffs, it's clearly not an attempt at winning.
