you offered me Garcon for fricking Forsett and a day later you trade him for Shane Vereen. Im sorry but your willingness to try and frick me in the arse was a bit of a turnoff and didn't really deserve much of a response.

Justin Forsett looks like Justin Forsett always has, expect 2014
Lets not act like youre rostering a top flight RB here, bub
ETA: 21, let me give you 2 for Alshon... you dont want to start CJ2k at 1-2

Are we talking about the same Forsett, mate? Vereen has outscored him thus far, as has Garcon, who is sporting a healthy, consistent 13 ppg. Goes a long way in a top 6 finish.
If you were an owner who truly wanted to get into a Garcon, you wouldve turned to the other 62 RBs you owned and tried to get a deal done.

CE posted on here that he has 4 startable RBs available and that he needed a WR. I popped him up and said that I could trade him Wright since he is on my bench. He said that he would never do that since Wright is on bye, because he would be giving me an advantage.
Stay with me here....
So I pointed out that Wright would be on my bench regardless if he was on bye or not. His point was that he couldn't start Wright this week so I would be getting the upper hand. Apparantly he has RBs with no bye weeks, because if they did then he would have the ability to start Wright on their bye week and that it evens out.
Turns out I am a massive tard who just doesn't get it

in a top 6 format what do I gain by giving you a startable player in a week that does nothing to improve my lineup. if you are trading Wright I could probably go after him next week and get use out of him. i really don't understand why thats hard to understand, it makes sense to the 3 other guys who were sitting in my office when i was talking about that deal.
i guess ill just never make a deal with the elites of tdfl. guess ill just stick with trading Papps
in a head to head league would you make a trade with a guy you are playing that week to improve his lineup and gain nothing.

I don't want Forsett, in case that wasn't clear in my previous post

What you don't understand is that based on your logic, I would just hold Wright until after your RB had a bye week to even it out. Tell the guys in the cubes next to you that they are equally as retarded as you.
jk but tell them anyway.

and if you were trading to build depth you could do that. but im pretty sure the rb i traded you would have went into your lineup this week over doug martin.

And the WR (wright) I would trade you would likely start the week the RB you traded me was on bye. I am having a hard time seeing how you don't understand this.

mate, ya think he'd play Wright the 3 weeks his 3 RBs had a bye?
That's a serious advantage

We are heading into week 4. Wright's value is stagnant this week, theres no reason to get him this week to sit on my bench. In the meantime Ivory, Forsett, or Jennings could have big weeks (not likely) but it could happen and potentially increase their value. Or Lacy could get injured again and my rb depth would better suit me to not have make the trade. It could back fire and one of them could tear an acl as well. Since my crystal ball is broken, I thought it would be best to let the week play out and if I wanted Wright he would potentially be there next week.
Unless you pull a Gyno and trade him for Darren McFadden

That makes much more sense than the "you get the advantage this week" argument.
