I think it's passing because most didn't want to have it if the defense also got credit. I voted for it last time even with defenses.

So it appears these are the changes:
No kickers or def
2 flex spots instead of 1 (rb,wr,te)
Players will be awarded points for st touchdowns
Players won't be awarded points for st yards (not a change)
